Welcome toUnbound3Dpowered byIndronovation Labs Pvt Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of Unbound3D's services, including our website, file upload system, manufacturing services, and delivery of 3D printed parts. By using our services, you agree to be legally bound by the terms below.

1. Scope of Services

Unbound3D provides on-demand 3D printing services. Users may upload 3D CAD files to our platform, choose material and print specifications, and place orders for the physical production and delivery of custom parts. These services are available to both individual consumers (B2C) and institutional or commercial clients (B2B), including defense and R&D clients.

2. User Accounts

Users may create an account to track orders, manage files, and receive support. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. File Uploads & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to files you upload. By submitting files, you grant Unbound3D a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and manufacture parts solely for fulfilling your order. Unbound3D guarantees 100% confidentiality of all uploaded files:

  • Files are stored securely with restricted access.
  • No files are shared with any third party without explicit written consent.
  • Files are automatically purged after a reasonable retention period or upon request.

4. Restrictions

You may not use our service to upload or manufacture:

  • Weapons or weapon components
  • Objects prohibited by law
  • Items that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

We never sell or rent data. Data is only shared when:

  • Shipping or delivery is required
  • Handled via secure payment gateways
  • Requested by Indian legal authorities

5. Manufacturing Standards

Unbound3D commits to manufacturing parts per the submitted files and chosen specifications. We perform standard dimensional and visual checks. While we take responsibility for production accuracy, we are not responsible for end-use failure unless explicitly agreed upon in a written contract.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are based on material type, part geometry, processing time, and logistics. Prices are quoted in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST. Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise arranged for B2B clients.

7. Shipping

Shipping is carried out through third-party logistics providers. While we aim to meet quoted delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure.Depending on the product ordered by the client, shipping will be completed within a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 14 days.

8. Returns & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of 3D printed parts, returns are not accepted. In the event of a verified manufacturing error attributable to Unbound3D, we will offer either a reprint or refund, subject to review.

9. Data Security

We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and SPDI Rules, 2011:

  • We implement reasonable security practices to protect your data.
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties without consent.
  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

Additional measures include:

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Internal access is limited to authorized personnel.
  • Defense or R&D projects may be governed by additional NDAs as requested.

10. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any files or parts ordered through Unbound3D comply with applicable Indian laws and export control regulations. For restricted defense items, you must provide any required licenses or authorizations.

11. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the defective product. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business interruption or product failure due to misuse or improper design.

12. Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
